I understand why you love making a difference in people's lives, how you take such pride and joy in empowering your clients and watching them transform to live their best lives.  We can be the best therapist, coach, teacher and mentor in the world, but we also need to run and market our business, and we often need to be reminded to look after our own health and wellbeing.   

 

I would love to share the golden nuggets I discover and use to keep me balanced, focused, happy and growing as a business and as person. The things that help to keep me excited, that simplify my business, and life, I'm certain, they can help you too.  

As health and wellness providers and business owners, it's easy to feel overwhelmed and lose sight of the important things.  Believe me, I've been there too.  It's important to take a breather, and be mindful about how you can work smarter, not harder, how to be proactive rather than reactive, how to enjoy interactions with your clients and staff like you used to, how to stay in love - or get back to being in love - with the profession and the business you chose. 

Even more important is achieving a good balance between work and family life and learning how to stop putting ourselves and our own needs last.  Self-care and self-love make you a much happier, calmer and productive person.  The benefits to your family-life and your business are priceless.

I promise I'll only share with you real nuggets that I know have real value and not waste your time. Hence, I can't tell you how often you'll hear from me.  Sometimes, it may be once or twice a week or once a month.
