Many clients come to us as a last resort, when other treatments, therapies and medication have not provided the relief or answers they were hoping for.  The RTT Method gets to the root cause of the presenting condition, which more often than not originates from a past emotional or traumatic event, the conscious mind does not recall or relate to the symptoms.  RTT treats the cause, not the symptoms. Symptoms tend to disappear once the reason for the symptoms has been treated.

Post Natal Depression

It is not uncommon for new mothers to suffer from depression after giving birth.  About one in every seven women in Australia get the "BABY BLUES"  within days to up to a year of childbirth.

While most women recover from the blues, usually caused by fatigue and  hormones after a few days, some women are unable to shake feelings of being inadequate, of feeling scared, alone and exhausted and require professional support.

OCD

Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a mental health condition characterised by obsessions & obsessive thoughts, which lead to compulsive behaviour. At least 2% of people have OCD. It affects more than 500,000 Australians. Globally, OCD has been recognised as the fourth most common psychiatric disorder. While it can severely interfere with daily life, few sufferers seek help.   It is, however, an anxiety disorder that can be successfully and discretely treated.

Autoimmune Symptoms

Autoimmune diseases cover a broad range of more than 80 related disorders. In Australia, this debilitating disease affects over one million people, and around 5-7% of people globally. Common autoimmune diseases include thyroiditis, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, MS and diabetes. Autoimmune disease, according to Monash University, is the leading cause of death in women under the age of 65.

Autoimmune diseases occur when our immune system produces an aberrant response against our own cells, tissues and/or organs, resulting in inflammation and damage.

Weight Management

According to the Australian Institute of Health,  two thirds of Australian adults are now overweight (35.6%) or obese (31.3%) Being overweight substantially increases the chance of high blood pressure, high cholesterol, type 2 diabetes, coronary heart disease, stroke, gallbladder disease, osteoarthritis, sleep apnea and breathing difficulties, many types of cancer, and shortens ones life. It impacts on the quality of life and often creates or contributes to physical pain and to mental illness conditions such as clinical depression and anxiety.
